This policy explains the information Rise uses to provide and improve the app.
Information Rise processes
- Onboarding answers and preferences used to personalize your experience.
- A random app installation identifier and basic usage events, such as app opens, onboarding progress, screens viewed, feature interactions, and paywall activity.
- Feedback you choose to send from the Profile screen.
- Subscription status and purchase information provided by Apple and RevenueCat. Rise does not receive your payment-card details.
Information kept on your device
Your journal and reflection text, display name, and reminder time are stored on your device and are not sent to Rise's analytics service.
How information is used
Rise uses information to personalize the app, provide and restore premium access, understand product performance, improve reliability, and respond to feedback.
Services Rise uses
Rise uses Apple for App Store payments, RevenueCat for subscriptions, Supabase for onboarding data and submitted feedback, and PostHog for product analytics. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can decline notifications and delete local data by deleting the app. To request deletion of data stored by Rise, send “Data deletion request” through Profile → Send feedback.
Children and updates
Rise is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. This policy may be updated when the app changes; the current date will appear above.
