General wellness
Rise provides affirmations and reflection tools for general wellness. It is not medical, psychological, diagnostic, therapeutic, or emergency advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Contact local emergency services if you may be in danger.
Subscriptions
Rise offers weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The price, billing period, and any available trial are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A trial converts to the displayed paid plan unless cancelled before it ends. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Your content
You are responsible for text you create or submit. If you send feedback, Rise may use it to operate and improve the app.
Acceptable use and ownership
Use Rise only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or redistribute its software, branding, graphics, or included content.
Availability and liability
Rise is provided “as is” and may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Rise is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
Changes
Rise may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
